I would be interested but timing might be interestng as I have 2 pistols in the pipelines. One will be DROsed in a week and a second 30 days past that. I am definitely interested and with funds in hand for a group buy, but depending on the timing this may or may not work out. NP bobnfloyd... As it stands we're looking into either City Arms or Highbridge. I've actually (Thanks for the suggestion, Cali-V!) found that the 279.95 Select Grade from Dan's Ammo is prolly going to be our best bet. They're PW marked with manual, orig sig box, 2 mags, cleaning kit, holster and mag pouch. Plus they're willing to offer free shipping.
At this point I have 22 pistols... a handful of ffs and calgunners are considering buying more than one.

i may be interested but thats a big gun for a single stack 9mm. would it be buying from you or from the FFL ?

Big? The 1911 and original 220 are big single stack 9mm. The SIG P6 (civilian = P225) is a compact in comparison. Most 9mm were single stack before the advent of the wonder 9s so to me its not big at all. In fact, its slightly larger than the 239 at half the price.

Here's the 239, 245, and another g/f's 225 (P6 is identical dimensionally to the 225).
also we're buying from the gunshop who is offering us free freight for doing one transaction. Each buyer will pay City Arms $65 for their transfer and dros.

I'm paying the seller and collecting the package price $279.95 from the buyers.

If anyone wants in on this message me. Also, people who are on the fence might be able to get one later if any of the people wanting more than one change their minds.

I'm hoping these'll be here by late next week.

I have not heard form Dan's yet; nor has he charged my card today so these are due to arrive at City Arms Thurs Afternoon; however if I hear from him that they haven't left today (it's already past closing I think the safest bet will be to assume these will not be ready to DROS on Thursday).

Ok great. Order has been placed. Dans is expecting selection and travel (he is out of town currently) delays to mean these will ship out on Monday.

Also on my visit to City Arms yesterday, I had to put a deposit on a .22 Luger they had in the consignment case.

Hey Tony!

I'm interested in this, but where is City Arms? Is it in the Bay area? I can't make it up there, would it be reasonable to buy the gun for this and send it to my FFL in Ventura, instead of DROS'ing it there? I have his FFL on file with me if you need it.
