I have an M1 from the CMP with the whole top end is WWII matching Springfield. The trigger group is a pristine HRA w some IHC. Since the op rod is uncut, my guess is that trigger group was added by the CMP to make the whole thing service grade.
So, if you have an HRA receiver with an older mostly Springfield trigger group...I would love to trade groups to make our guns match a bit better. Located in Yuba city, willing to drive as far as the SF Bay Area. Locals preferred, I would really like to lock the group up to my rifle and feel it.
