Have you tried CDNN?
That's where I got my Steyr M9A1 (CA-legal) last year for a sweet price.

Alternatively, Steyr recommended trying Turner's Outdoorsman (around LA area), and they can ship to your FFL.

I'm trying to find a bay area private party here in the east bay to pick one up - saw one over at City Arms in Pacifica but that's quite a drive. I'm pretty patient and was just hoping someone was looking to unload one...no pun intended...lol!
