Order it from Dillion and wait. You'll pay less, and not have to go through the hassle of finding out what's missing when you receive a private party purchase (and having to wait for Dillion to ship you the missing parts).
Don't bid on one on eBay. A lot of the Dillion Dealers are selling/auctioning reloaders that they don't have in stock, many of the private party used loaders are missing parts.
