Chic friendly (e-z to operate) Revolver .38

Looking for a .38 or 357 revlover, preferably 2-4 inch barrel, hammer-less. I live in So cal, OC area.
Its actually for my cousins wife. She wants to be strapped at home!

Ruger SP101. Stick some .38+ in it.

Also get a 4 inch barrel. A 2" is small but is more unforgiving.
