I'm just about done refinishing my dads old Mossberg 151m and, unfortunately, times wasn't good for the original sights (peep sight long gone, non-original front sight, rear sight mounts are both drill/tap and dovetailed, etc).
What I am looking for is an older long tube type blued scope to match the age of the rifle. I would prefer a Mossberg M4D with eyepiece but would consider the following:
Weaver V22
Weaver B, G, J, or K series
Weaver Marksman
Sears Ted Williams 4x
I'm OK with cosmetic wear but, since I plan on using the scope to shoot, I need the crosshairs intact and would like to have the turrent caps as well. Rings would be a huge plus!
I'd like to keep the price under $40 cash or, if you'd prefer, I have some Wolf and Tulammo in 7.62x39 that I'd be willing to trade (I'd prefer not to ship the ammo) at pre-panic value ~$6 a box of 20.
I'm located in Corona, CA 92881.
