Trying to slowly build a SPR. Looking for a .223 Wylde upper with either 16" or 18" barrel and free float handguard.

Steel match or bull barrels are a must.

Not looking for a suped-up $2000 upper with every bell and whistle. Just something simple with a nice barrel that I can build upon.

Willing to travel to north LA, otherwise I need someone who's willing to ship.
