WTB/WTT Left-handed AR upper in SF Bay Area

I'm looking for a complete left-handed AR upper in 5.56/.223 with bolt carrier group, preferably 16 inch. I'm located in the San Jose area.

I've got a complete right-handed 6.8mm upper with an 18 inch(length includes Troy muzzle brake) barrel if you're interested in a trade.
