There are legal issues with someone doing this for you. Selling reloaded ammo requires that the seller have a Type 6 or Type 7 FFL and they should have a multi-million dollar liability insurance policy to protect them in case of a catastrophic mishap.
A better approach would be to find someone who has a press and a set of 300WM dies that would work with you to develop your load and once developed let you use their equipment to reload your brass.
You don't just grab a bunch of brass, bullets, powder and primers and reload ammo. There is a process of working up a load and testing it in the gun it's going to be used in. If you already have a known recipe (primer, powder charge weight, bullet type and weight), that speeds it up some, but if you're starting from scratch you need to work up the load or you might damage yourself or your rifle.sigpic
