If you really want one, and want to save a few bucks, maybe you could get an FFL 03 (C&R), they are about ~$30.00 for 3 years, and then pick one up over the counter when you are out of state, that way you can handle it and look at it. Then when you return to CA you simply pay the $19.00 CADOJ registration.

I am picking one up in Vegas tommarrow morning. $$99.00 + $10.00 Hand pick, plus shipping.

Its fun watching the cylinder go back and forth to seat. Funniest looking ammo ever.

Unfortunately I am a bit busy, so it will be a bit before I get it cleaned up and to the range.

Could you immagine showing up to a handgun class with one? I was trying to get a bunch of guys to take a rifle class with our Mosins, think of THAT class. Think of our arms and shoulders!

Yes I have fired my mosin rifle all day and been sore for a long time. ha. I would be down to take a class with mine. I heard a rumor that the sights are meant to have the bayonet on while firing. o and
