I am going forward with purchase of a Glock 20 10mm. Just about any 20 will do, it just needs to be "worth owning," functional, not defective or used up. I am in San Francisco and I prefer FTF inspection and, heck, test fire at one of our local ranges. Naturally it would be great to get the P2P Transfer done at that time.
