I have one...but has alot of mods complete. Flat top Stag upper with 1/9 twist chrome line barrel. Samson MRFS-M midlength free float. Vltor gas block. Magpul rail guards and ladder. MI front flip sight and ARMS 40 rear BUIS. YHM phantom flash hider. Also has badger tac latch. BCG included. I'm selling all this for $800

I can let go of my gently used CMMG 14.7" w/ Perm Hider M4 Upper go for $475. It is the CMMG Model with less than 80 rounds through it. Has only the most minor handling wear. Nothing a Brownells "Black" bluing pen couldn't fix. I am in Sacramento, but will ship to you for $8.

As for handguards, it used to have rails but I sold them. Right now it has CAR type handguards.

I also sell them new, with M4 handguards on my website.
