WTB: .223/ 5.56 Upper for AR15

I am looking into my finishing my AR build, and might go with a "lightly" used route to save some money. 5.56/.223 only please.

If you have a complete upper (with BCG, Charging handle) Please Pm or post in this thread. I am not worried about BUIS, or rail cover either. If it has a quality one then great.

I would like to know a round count estimate, plus what kind of ammo used.

I live in the Bay area, so I can do Paypal or local meet with cash only. I will consider having it shipped from elsewhere if you have good feedback, as long as you take paypal (I know paypal sucks, but I make all my "gun" money selling things on ebay, so they indirectly support 2A)
