I've actually had my eye on this exact gun for some time... and since it's not on the DOJ roster, I've been looking for it used to PPT as well. I actually emailed Magnum Research to see if it would be put back on the list anytime soon to which they replied "...not aware of any plans to submit the gun to the CA DOJ." Good luck on your search as I will be doing the same.

Try to find a dealer around you that will perform a SSE. Order it from out of state delivered to them You'll pay a bit for the service but get your Off List Gun brand new in CA.

I've thought about it, but there's nobody in my area that would do SSE, that I know of. Nothing that I know of. Also, I haven't found any out of state people that would deliver it that way, either. For now, I'm trying this method. I'm sure things will work out.
