I have an New, Unfired, Still in the Box FN PBR with all the specs you asked for. 20" Barrel. It is the same rifle but with some improvements.

The stock is better on the PBR because it full alumn. bedding and not just pillar bedding. And their is an extra stud in the front so you can have both a bipod and a sling.

I am asking $800 shipped! (I'm in Sacramento).

They retail for $909 without shipping. So you save $100. That should cover your transfer fees.
