wtb 9mm or .40cal handgun

Hey guys.iam looking to purchase a firearm on feb 14 or few days after so i deciced to check on here see what i can find.iam in the military so i been around some guns but this will be my first handgun purchase.looking for a 9mm or .40cal semi auto handgun.not specific on the handgun itself aslong as it shoots well and in good cosmetic condition.to be easier my price range is less then 400 dollars.iam new like i said not sure what i can find for that price range.you can reach me by email at leyva_alexis_army@yahoo.com.
