What I would like to buy...

AR15 complete 20" Upper with a 1/8 or 1/7 twist and BCG. 1/9 are welcome but I am partial toward the faster twists.
Price
I would like to spend $450 or less but if you have a quality upper I can pull some cash.
Condition
New or Used, whichever is cheaper and please, no uppers with a few thousand rounds through the barrel.
