I bought an original 1873 Trapdoor rifle. Everything looks/function well. But to play it safe I don't want to shoot commercial ammo for starter. So I'm looking for brass/bullets/die-set/or mold to work up a load.

45 Cal Rifle Cast Bullets

Tim, I have .45 Cal Cast Lead Round Nose Rifle Bullets made with a Lyman bullet mold # 457124. Actual weight is 397 Gr. These were cast specifically for 45-70 Govt. Looking for $10 per 50. Can also get you some lead if you need it.
