AR complete Lower

Wanted to buy, a completed OLL already assembled, Will be using as a plinker mostly, So top quality not nessescarry but no junk either. I'm in San Diego but am willing to travel a couple of hours to do a FTF transfer if you prefer. If there is someone in S.D. thats just willing to build a lower and parts kit for a fee that to would help me out. Thanx in advance to this Black Gun Dieased noob.
