WTB: Tube, Buffer, Spring for Magpul MOE Carbine Build

I've found almost everything on my list... but still need the items left in the thread title. I'm running short on time so this will have to be a locally available item from a private seller or bought from a store locally

Hey guys... I'm trying to complete a build for a buddy of mine that is new to AR's and he would like it to be in the FDE scheme.

So, I'm looking for the following:

10/30 or 10/20 FDE mag
Magpul Stock Set MOE or CTR complete with tube/spring/buffer
Rear flip up in FDE (Not 100% sure on this one, but will buy if I can find a good deal)
Magpul Handguards, Carbine, FDE (Any other suggestions, let me know. Ideally, I would install a quad rail with FDE rail covers, but I think that would put me out of budget.)

I am in the LA/OC area of So Cal and would be looking to pick these items up in the next few days.
