Not sure if you know but you can go in to PRK Firearms in the airport business park near the Fresno airport and buy a new one, it should be $402.90 OTD

I saw them in stock today when I picked up my Keltec PF-9

I am not LE so it would have to be a second hand FTF transfer. We the people had one new for $310

Your probably not familiar with single shot exemption, "SSE" you can search it in the handgun section.

I am not LEO Either and I bought a new PF9 last week and a LCP months ago, And I'm buying another one next month, that is unless my daughter brings me one from Utah when she comes out on vacation in a couple weeks (still has to go through FFL)

You buy the LCP as a single shot, you take legal possession of it by walking out the door, you walk right back in, and get your standard parts and convert the gun back to it's normal configuration, all is done within the law.

FYI the single shot conversion is just a block in the mag well, and a longer barrel that meets the length for a single shot, no mods to the gun, just parts swapped out, and then swapped back after you take possession of the gun.

You can start your DROS tomorrow at PRK, it's $349.99 + tax and $25DROS. Total $402.99. Tell them the guy who picked up the PF9 yesterday sent ya.

You got a big awakening coming when you walk into PRK and see what you can legally buy, take your check book!!!!!!!!

I just got a Kel-Tec P3-AT .380 (off-roster pistol) at Valkyrie Arms in Milpitas using the single shot exemption. Very easy and legal. Good luck with your new gun!
