Need forcing cone reamed

I need the forcing cone's reamed on a pair of Charter Arms .44 Bulldogs. I live about half way between Fresno and Bakersfield. Does anyone know of a gunsmith in this area that could do it? I can find any number of gunsmiths out of the area that will do it, one gave me a price of $20. I was whistling a happy tune and had an ear to ear smile on my face 'till I discovered what it was going to cost me in shipping .
