WTB AR 15 upper and adjustable stock

I just bought a jd lower and I am looking to get a complete upper if possible. I only have $200 to spend right now, so i am trying to get as many parts as possible. I am building a 16" carbine type rifle in 5.56. I would prefer a chrome lined barrel, but not chromed is fine. I was also looking for a 1:7 twist barrel . I am in San Diego and would prefer to do a FTF transfer. If you have just the barrel , bolt carrier group, or other upper parts , I would consider those as well. I have a shotgun, some silver coins, or possibly some other things to trade as well.

There is a thread in the Market for 6 position adjustable stocks for less than $40 shipped IIRC.

hey i can build you a kit to complete the stripped lower with 16" chrome barrel and adjustable stock
this would have all of the parts to complete your lower receiver.
complete barreld and test fird upper with bolt group
stock with tube / buffer / spring
lower parts kit
and if desired a 10/30 ar 15 mag

I have the mags, and I have the parts kit for the lower. I mainly meet the upper and stock. What would it cost for the complete upper?

Lowest I've seen new would be 275 w/o bcg and charging handle + shipping and tax.
