I'm looking for a Stainless finished 1911. I'm located right between Los Angeles and Orange County. Zip code 91745.

-chambered in .45 ACP
-stainless finish (90% or better without blemishes or wear)
-fullsized 5 inch barrel
-upswept beavertail
Preferred but not required features:
-skeletonized "ring" style hammer
-flat mainspring housing
-ambidextrous safety (I'm a lefty)
-bevelled mag well
-adjustable night sights
-adjustable sights
-really anything other than tiny/minimal sights
-front or back strap checkering would be nice, but more of a luxury for me
