Point Doc, pick up a set of Lee 6.5 dies:

It comes with reloading recipes and all you need.

If you don't have a press already, consider a Lee turret press:

That's all you need, apart from bullets, powder (Varget is good) and large rifle primers.

I tried Speer 120 grain bullets and they shot very well:
