Do a little of the work on your own and save a lot of money. Find a cheap carrier, etc., etc..

There's a guy usually at crossroads of the west gunshows in Costa Mesa and Ontario who is selling body armor. Soft armor with vest included and also sells rank IV strike plates.

I don't know about price of quality just letting you know where I've seen them where you can buy them in person.
