For the price of a .17 you can get a .223 savage and shoot more accurate and hunt larger game. the ammo is around the same price.

I have a 93R17 GV that doesn't get any use.

It's a neat little rifle that I won as an NRA doorprize at Raahauges many years ago. Then the whole AR thing came along and it just moved to the back of the safe.

I have a Simmons 800116 in Weaver rings on it. Three mags around here somewhere. Pre accutrigger and I don't think it's upgradeable.

        PM me if you're interested.

$200 for the rifle, $275 with the scope.

Sorry Papa J, couldn't figure out how to send pics in a PM.

That's a good deal, PapaJ! My son has this same rifle, but with the accu-trigger and it is awesome. Good price for this gun and the beauty of this is you can put a ton of rounds through it and it will be worth the same as when you bought it

Just found out that the triggeris not upgradable unless you go aftermarket.

What year was the rifle manufactured?

Box is marked August 04, probably built sometime before then.

                  Thank you for your interest.

The squirrels can sleep easy, it's going back in the safe.
