WTB: Help installing scope mount on M1A

I am mechanically inclined, but this is over my head. I purchased a Sadlak steel scope mount and Leupold Mark 4 rings and the installation requires special tools so the torq can be applied properly, plus the stripper clip guide needs to be removed.

Does anyone know someone that has experience installing this type of setup and has the right tools for a reasonable amount of money?

I live in the Santa Monica area and I can travel.
