Check Gunbroker, if you haven't already, as they have had G3 green handguards in wrap coming up. I got lucky and found mine for $35 at a gunshow recently (which was a total steal.) The green stock sets are surplus and have various nicks and scratches on them.
If you have a PTR-91K, those take the HK93 (not 91 or G3) size handguards.
