What is your budget?

I don't know. What does it need to be? I figured it would cost me about 700-900 to build one. I was hoping I could get one for already built that someone is bored of for $600-700. Let me know if that's a pipe dream. I want to get one before it's too late.

Or if someone just has a completed lower, I can buy an upper elsewhere.
