They're plentiful in VA. Not RAWs though, they're just called rifles here. HKs ARsFALs Uzis SPAS 12s. You name it.
I understand the point of the OP though. Looking for people that inherited or otherwise need to get rid of them.Never initiate force against another. Just buy them out of state. I believe to ship an RAW in CA, it has to be done through an FFL with an AW permit.
