Like the title says, WTB, quality A2 upper with fixed or detachable carry handle that includes BCG and Charging handle Round count matters little to me as long as it's in decent shape. Finish also matters little to me as long as it's semi-clean/clean and there's no rust. Budget isn't all that high, but let me know what you've got. Also need a BB or Raddlock, buffer, action spring (Buffer return spring), and bolt catch roll pin. Let me know what you've got. Located in the SF Bay Area, East Bay.
