Hey all, I'm looking for a Hi Point C9 to buy for a cheap but reliable plinker on the range. I just sold my shotgun and really need a new toy. Let me know if you or a friend want to get rid of your Hi Point handgun someplace near Sacramento! I'm willing to drive a little bit to do a PPT and can pay in cash for a reasonably priced C9.
