    WTP: upper (new or used) - any make

    Hi,
    looking to find an upper to build with my Stag (5.56) lower. It can be used or new...would prefer a flat-top or one with a removable handle...not sure how my scope will look with a handle.

    16" or 20" length
    any twist ratio is ok too....

    I'm located in Sacramento, but have family in Antioch, Pacifica, and San Jose.
