i live in Chico too.....you're not going to find anything in any stores around here that's for sure. If you make it down to sac check out Sacramento Black Rifle. I think i got an email from someone about a complete PRK AR-15 for about $900....I'll try to dig it up and post it.
FOUND IT: This thread was from december for a complete AR for $899. Not sure if the deal is still going on but hopefully it helps
