Me and my friends are interested in purchasing a quality AR 15 lower/ OLL locally, close to the Stockton-Lodi area. We are interested in at least 3 receivers. Please pm me on price, what you have and location.

Once payment is received the FFL's Fax # will be given for you to Have your FFL fax their Federal Firearms License.

Once the FFL's License is received the receiver or Receivers will be shipped Via USPS Priority mail insured to your FFL.

SO in answer to your question you pick out the FFL thats most convenient to you and need also to make sure the FFL will accept the shipment of a lower receiver.

None of the local FFL dealers in Stockton will not touch a AR 15 OLL, unless it's a FAB-10, Bushmaster carbon 15 they told me.

Anyone know a FFL that will DROS a AR 15 OLL in the northern CA San Joaquin county area.
