You're looking for JUST the barrel, or for the gun?
Unless it's a PPT, you won't get it in a 10" barrel configuration... it's only drop-tested in 6".

When I was at Insight indoor range in Artisia on Sunday, I saw an ad on their bulletin board for a Desert Eagle 10" .44 for $1200. Here's their number (562) 860-4365 call down their and see if someone can walk over to the bulletin board pull the info and give you the info over the phone, and save yourself a trip.
Edit, as I re-read your post it looks like your only lookin' for the barrel. DohIt's better to have it, and not need it, then to need it, and not have it.
