I have one that came off of my blued .22 (blued not painted). Definately not rusted but will sell cheap. Barrel is still perfect except cosmetic blemish on the outside. $30 + shipping.

I have a stock carbine barrel, no rust, just a small couple scratches towards the front of the barrel.
