Wtb road/mtn bike

I'm looking for a bike under 300 bucks.

I'm 5'7" so preferably something that will fit me comfortably, I need something that I can ride on dirt trails, I'm not jumping on and off rocks so nothing too extreme. Most of my ride will be cement and dirt trails. Looking along the lines of a used trek, cannondale, specialized. So if you happen to have one sitting around in good condition pm me to see if we can work something out.

Have a nice bike that has not been used in many years.
Tires are both flat and the seat is torn but other then that everything worked when I was ridding it.
Alpina Sport is what it is.

man im in so cal..its a trek model 3700 i think it has 7 speeds aluminum frame and all that shimano stuff lol..but ill deff get those pictures to you as soon as possible
