    WTB: SAPI Plate and BALCS soft armor

    I'm looking for 1 XL ESAPI or SAPI plate and a pair of XL soft armor in the BALCS cut for my CIRAS vest. I'm in Orange for possible FTF deals, please PM me if you have any info or offers.
