How about a Rock River Varmint upper? I believe the R-15 is made by DPMS, might look there too. I know the R-15 is 22" and the both mentioned is either 20 or 24" but, might be worth a look. Of course thats if you currently have an AR15 type lower.

Thanks for the bump. I am just stuck on the twist rate and the reviews of the r-15. I don't have a complete lower right now also.
