How's it going, guys? My name's Ricky and I'm looking to make my first gun purchase.

I've been browsing these forums for a few months now and have had enough research done to know what I'd like to buy now. I'm looking for a new (or slightly used, but like new) Kimber 1911 .45 ACP.

I'm interested in the Tactical Custom II and the Tactical Entry II. I'd like the Tactical Entry II more so because I'd like the rails to add a SureFire X400 WeaponLight with Laser. The aluminum frame that the Tactical Custom II has isn't a must for me because, from my understanding, it's only beneficial for carrying concealed (lighter/more nimble) and won't be as durable as the stainless steel frame that the Tactical Entry II has.

The cheapest I've been able to find the Tactical Custom II is $1,049.00 shipped from Buds Gun Shop and they have them in stock. And the cheapest I've been able to find the Tactical Entry II is $1,189.00 shipped from the same place, but they don't have any in stock. I'd like to get this underway ASAP so any help on where to get one or the other for cheaper would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Thank you very much for the heads up! I just spoke with Craig from TDS Guns and he informed me that they didn't have the Tactical Custom II, the Tactical Entry II, or the Custom TLE/RL II unfortunately. Basically they don't have any of the Kimber's I'm interested in.
