i am looking for a scope that will fill my sight with a 3'x3' target at about 300-400 yards. what magnification would do this well? i am going to put it on my 308 or 300 mag. i hope i can find one in the area of 2-4 hundred. a good scope but not one of the 3000$ scopes.
is what im asking for possible? if so, suggestions?
