      How about a never fired CMP Special? This rifle consists of a new production stock and handguard set with CMP cartouche, a new production barrel and refinished or new USGI receiver and remaining parts. Since this a CMP rebuilt rifle, and not new commercial manufactured, it's mostly GI parts; and probably cash & carry eligible. More details available if you're interested.
