I have a credit on my credit card that I am looking to spend. Looking for a budget build, just something to plink with and eventually make upgrades to. Will either buy a complete lower or a complete AR. Not looking for polymer lowers. Gimme your poverty pony.

I move out of state on 7/29 so I need to do the PPT before 7/17-7/18 to make sure I have enough time.

Will meet in SFV, simi, burbank, or Santa Clarita.

Will do $250 for complete lower, $450 for complete AR.
