You don't need a book to commit a felony... there are hundreds of instructional webpages and videos on the web with explicit instructions on how to get into Federal PYITAJ... but keep in mind that the BATF & CADOJ now know you might be a good pinch on a slow day.

I am just curious how it is done I don't really want to make one. It is not illegal to own a book as far as I know
