You may want to look into Palmetto State Armory's KS47.

You will likely need to work through a reseller because PSA refuses to ship stripped uppers or lowers to CA. Oh, and the bcg. Sucks but doing it that way was how I eventually got mine built. Then it took a bit of tweak/tune to get it all dialed in. Let me know if you're interested in details.
