Looking specifically for a 6940 upper, any condition (NOT a 6920) and otherwise looking for a cheap COMPLETE upper for $200 with no considerable internal wear. Scratches are fine, rust is not. I'm looking for it to be complete upper, ready to shoot, so if the upper is not complete then I am not interested. Not interested in paying to have it shipped and I'm in Marin County. Thank you.
