    Wtb decent M1

Looking around, I'll leave this here.
I'm not very picky about the make or cosmetic condition as long as it's 100% functional and the bore is good. Main thing i'm looking for is that it was manufactured during or before the war and the parts are correct. Any help or tips are greatly appreciated!

    Looking for:
    M1 Garand 30-06
    1911 USGI
    Nambu type 14

Please PM me if you have an item with included description and your asking price. Looking for sales from established users with an itrader score that are in/near the Bay Area. Willing to travel as far east as Truckee, as far north as Santa Rosa, and as far south as Monterey for the right one. Not interested in out of state sales.

I assume you mean a M-1 Garand rifle and not a M-1 carbine?
    Poke'm with a stick!

Parts correct is going to cost you a pretty penny around $6,000. Gunbroker is your best bet or CMP auction site.

Yes! My mistake! Don't know how I got that in my mind.

That's many times more than I'd ever spend, unless I win the lottery. I mis-spoke in my original post- I'm after an M1 Garand.
