Looking for a 14.5" complete M4a1 style upper. Flat top, delta ring, fixed front sight. Can be pin and welded or not, doesn't matter. No BCG or CH required, but will consider if a good price. Will also consider a carry handle with it if you want to include it. Looking in the $300 for the upper. San Diego, but will pay for shipping.
